| Don't miss the social highlight of the Causeway Koi Year - 24th May 2008 is our Annual Open Day. |
| By then our Spring Harvest tosai and nissai will be well settled in and ready for sale.
The Bar-be-cue is always popular and hopefully we get the weather to match.
There will be a free-to-enter competition on the day with great prizes. There will be an auction of 3 prize koi. We will have Special offers on the day and free tea and coffee throughout.
The special guest for the day is Martin Symonds of Japan koi Export. He will be speaking on "Identifying quality in 1 and 2 yr old koi". Martin was in Niigata when the Chuetsu earthquake happened, affecting much of the koi trade in that area. He was involved in airlifting koi from destroyed mud ponds by helicopter and bringing aid to the breeders. He has a vast experience in the koi world. |
